Grapes for the Mason Sauvignon Blanc are certified organic and exclusively sourced from the Yount Mill Vineyard in the famed Napa Valley. The bright, refreshing palate offers notes of grapefruit and minerality with creamy flavors of lime and citrus. This wine is a stunner with extraordinary mouthfeel and texture. Fermented at a cool 50°F for 30–35 days, 18% of wine was put down to stainless steel drums. The cold fermentation accentuates the fruit and retains the aromatic qualities and crisp acidity.
