History
Origins: The Bulleit brand traces its roots back to the 1830s when Augustus Bulleit first created his bourbon. The modern-day Bulleit Bourbon was reintroduced by his great-great-grandson, Tom Bulleit, in 1987.
Acquisitions: The brand was acquired by Seagram in 1997 and later by Diageo in 2000.
Introduction of 10 Year: Bulleit 10 Year was launched in 2013 as a brand expansion. This expression was created by selecting barrels that aged for a minimum of 10 years, with some barrels aged up to 11 or 12 years.
