Description
The Hacienda Corralejo was founded in 1755 and became one of the
first estates in Mexico to produce commercial tequila. Since then, the
distillation methods have been preserved, refined and developed into a
skilled craft only attainable by master artisans of tequila making.
Aged at least 2 years in French Limousin oak casks, the Gran
Corralejo Añejo exhibits a rich and complex spectrum of flavours. Sweet
aromas of cinnamon and vanilla are followed by orange and tart notes of
cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering with subtle notes of citrus.
